Response time
A real person replies, usually within 1–2 business days. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy — failed generations never need a request at all, they refund automatically.
Before you write
Most generator questions are answered on the pages themselves: how the two-photo flow works and what a generation costs sit in the FAQ on the home page, and the refund rules are spelled out in the refund policy.
